Exposure in Multinational Environments in locations including India, Iraq, Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, South Korea and Abudhabhi UAE. The Companies include Imperial Chemical Industries, Engineers India Limited, State Organization for Oil Projects Iraq, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Compromo Asia Pacific. Professional Consultants included JGC Corporation, Foster Wheeler, Fluor Daniel, Penspen International, Daewoo Engineering, Wood Kenny Group etc.
An Instrumentation Engineer by qualifications and diversified in to Major Projects Handling , Coordination and Project Management.

A project professional with nearly three decades of experience in delivering projects in the oil and gas industry from concept to commissioning. Srikanthan has held senior project delivery & functional leadership roles in organizations such as Reliance, Essar and Dow Chemicals.
He brings in multi-cultural experience to project management combining it with the proven traditional methods and digital technology.
Srikanthan is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification from University of Madras and a Project Management Professional from PMI.
In addition to project management, Srikanthan is also passionate about people development and comes with excellent experience in coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
